Modify or Cancel An Order: Due to Tessère’s hardworking efforts to ensure that you receive the correct order in a timely manner, once an order is submitted, you must submit your change or cancellation within 8 hours of order confirmation. Please email us immediately at orders@shoptessere.com

Shipping and Tracking: Tessère will ship your order within 72 hours of a completed processing. WE ONLY SHIP HAIR ONCE THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN CLEARED BY PAYPAL. Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service. All orders will receive a tracking number via email from USPS.com and/or Tessère via PayPal within 24 hours of completed processing. This will allow access to tracking and expected delivery information. We offer priority shipping 3-5 Business Days.

Exchange/Return Policy: Tessère treasures great customer service and customer satisfaction. If the hair is damaged on our behalf, you may exchange it within 7 calendar days of initial receipt of product. All exchanges will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. We do not accept exchanges on unbundled hair or hair that has been tampered with (washed, uncoiled or unraveled from wave/curl pattern). If a bundle is apparent of use of any kind or has been tampered with, WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE ON ANY BASIS, and we reserve the right to make the decision based on the condition of the returned hair.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON HAIR EXTENSIONS. Shipping cost for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
